how to place an order

  1. Your screen print artwork desire or description.

If you want us to create your screen print custom design please e-mail us a description of what you would like our art department to accomplish. Any specific ideas you would like us to incorporate into your screen print or embroidery design would be helpful. If you would like to e-mail us a description of your art please send it to internetsales@broken-arrow.com. If you would like to print a generic t-shirt form, draw on it and then fax it to us at 515-251-8977 or e-mail it to us click here. Art form

If you have created your design in some type of art format and would like to send it to us, e-mail it to sales@broken-arrow.com.

  2. The product and sizes will you be needing.

We will need to verify the exact sizes you will be needing. Please just include this in your e-mail. If you go to the quote we mailed to you and hit the reply button it will send us a copy of the exact quote you would like us to produce. All you need to do is let us know what sizes you would like.

  3. Credit card number.

If you would like to call in your credit card number call 1-800-810-IOWA, Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm Central Standard Time.

You may at your own risk send card number to us via personal e-mail account.

After completing the above three items we will have everything we need to proceed with your screen printing or embroidery order.
